Pacific Wildlife Care maintains a Hotline voicemail that anyone in our county can call 365 days a year to get help for distressed animals.  Our hotline volunteers check for messages at least once an hour between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

What should you do next? Wild animals might seem like they need our help, but unless the animal is truly orphaned or injured, there is no need to rescue it.
